• 1.2 KYC & Financial Information: To issue the NexCard and facilitate agri-finance or subsidies, we are legally required to collect Government-issued IDs (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID), bank account details, UPI IDs, and income details.
• 1.3 Farm & Agricultural Data: Total landholding size, farm location (Geo-tagging), crop history, soil type, sowing dates, and fertilizer usage. This is essential for providing accurate crop advisory and Agriculture Drone as a Service (ADaaS).
• 1.4 Transaction Data: Details of purchases made at KSP centers, cash withdrawals via NexCard, loan disbursements, repayment history, and wallet balances.
• 1.5 Device & Technical Information: IP address, device model, operating system, network type, app usage logs, and crash reports to improve app performance.
• 1.6 Location Data: Precise GPS location (with your explicit permission) to map your farm for drone services, locate the nearest KSP center, and prevent fraudulent financial transactions.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data strictly for lawful business purposes, including:

• Service Delivery: To create and manage your KrishiNex account, issue your NexCard, and process transactions at local KSP centers.
• Agri-Advisory & Drone Services: To customize farming recommendations, schedule drone spraying/mapping, and estimate crop yields based on your farm data.
• Financial Facilitation: To verify your identity (KYC), assess creditworthiness for agri-finance, and facilitate direct government subsidies or cash withdrawals.
• Communication: To send you OTPs, transaction alerts, weather updates, promotional offers, and responses to your customer support queries.
• Security & Fraud Prevention: To monitor for unauthorized logins, detect suspicious financial activities on your NexCard, and enforce our Terms and Conditions.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

KrishiNex does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We only share your information under the following circumstances:

• 3.1 Authorized KSP Partners: We share your name, contact details, and order history with your nearest KSP franchise owner solely to fulfill your orders, manage returns, or provide local support.
• 3.2 Banking & Financial Partners: To operate the NexCard, process payments, and offer credit facilities, your KYC and financial data are securely shared with our RBI-regulated partner banks and NBFCs.
• 3.3 Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party cloud hosting providers, SMS gateways, and logistics partners who operate under strict confidentiality agreements.
• 3.4 Legal & Regulatory Authorities: We will disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request (such as RBI, police, or taxation authorities) to comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Storage and Security

• 4.1 Data Localization: All personal and financial data collected by KrishiNex is stored on secure servers located within the territory of India, in compliance with government data localization mandates.
• 4.2 Encryption & Protection: We implement industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit encryption, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or data breaches.
• 4.3 User Responsibility: While we secure our infrastructure, you are responsible for keeping your NexCard PIN, app passwords, and OTPs completely confidential.

5. Data Retention Policy

• We retain your personal data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services.
• However, we may retain certain KYC, transaction, and financial records for a longer period (typically 5 to 8 years) even after account deletion, as strictly required by Indian financial and anti-money laundering (AML) laws.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Under applicable data protection laws in India, you have the right to:

• Access & Review: View the personal data you have provided to us within the app profile section.
• Correction: Request corrections or updates to inaccurate or incomplete information (e.g., updating a phone number or address).
• Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw your consent for precise location tracking or marketing communications at any time via your device settings or app preferences.
• Account Deletion: You can request the deletion of your KrishiNex account. Note that this will permanently deactivate your NexCard and terminate your access to KSP services.
