Return & Refund Policy

1. NexCard Subscription and Physical Card Returns

• 1.1 Subscription Fees: The annual subscription or membership fee deducted for the activation of the NexCard is strictly non-refundable once the account is activated and the virtual/physical card is generated.
• 1.2 Damaged or Defective Cards: If you receive a physically damaged NexCard during delivery, or if the card's chip/magnetic stripe is defective upon arrival, you must report it via the KrishiNex App or Helpline within 7 days of receipt. We will block the defective card and issue a free replacement card.
• 1.3 Non-Delivery: If your physical NexCard is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team. We will dispatch a new card at no additional cost.

2. Agri-Inputs and Physical Products (Purchased via App or KSP)

• 2.1 Eligibility for Return: Physical products such as seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and small farming tools purchased through the KrishiNex App or directly at an authorized KSP center are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery, subject to the following conditions:
  • The product is damaged, defective, or past its expiration date at the time of delivery/purchase.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is entirely unused, with all original seals, tags, and packaging intact.
• 2.2 Non-Returnable Items: For safety and quality control, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once the seal is broken or the product is opened:
  • Opened seed packets or compromised fertilizer bags.
  • Liquid pesticides or chemicals with broken seals.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or mishandling by the user after delivery.
• 2.3 Return Process: To initiate a return, the user must raise a request through the KrishiNex App by uploading a clear photo of the defective item and the receipt. Once approved, the user must drop off the item at their nearest KSP center.

3. Agriculture Drone as a Service (ADaaS)

• 3.1 Cancellation by User: You may cancel a scheduled drone spraying or mapping service through the app.
  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled slot are eligible for a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled slot may incur a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the booking amount, with the remaining balance refunded.
• 3.2 Cancellation by KrishiNex: If our drone pilots are unable to perform the service due to adverse weather conditions, airspace restrictions, or technical failures, we will offer a free rescheduling of the service. If you choose not to reschedule, a 100% refund will be initiated immediately.

4. Financial Transactions, Payments, and Cash Withdrawals

• 4.1 Failed Transactions: If a payment is deducted from your bank account or NexCard wallet but the order fails or the cash is not dispensed at the KSP center, the transaction will be automatically reversed.
• 4.2 Auto-Reversal Timelines: As per standard banking guidelines, failed transactions are typically reconciled and refunded to the original payment source within T+5 to T+7 business days (where 'T' is the date of the transaction).
• 4.3 Dispute Resolution: For any unauthorized transactions or billing errors, users must raise a ticket via the KrishiNex Helpdesk within 3 days. We will investigate the matter with our partner banks and initiate a refund if the claim is found to be valid.

5. KSP Franchise and Onboarding Fees

• 5.1 Franchise Setup Fees: The onboarding fee (e.g., ₹1 Lakh) paid by retail owners to become an authorized KrishiNex Sewa Point (KSP) covers branding, technology integration, and initial inventory setup.
• 5.2 Refundability: This KSP onboarding fee is non-refundable once the KSP Vendor Agreement is signed and the physical branding or software deployment process has commenced. Any exceptions or specific exit clauses will be exclusively governed by the signed legal Vendor Agreement between Knexis Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and the KSP partner.

6. Refund Processing and Timelines

• 6.1 Method of Refund: Approved refunds will be credited back strictly to the original mode of payment (e.g., the linked bank account, UPI ID, or the NexCard wallet used for the purchase). We do not issue cash refunds.
• 6.2 Processing Time: Once a return is physically verified at a KSP center or a cancellation is approved online, the refund process will be initiated. It generally takes 5 to 7 business days for the credited amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
